Session #1: FOCAL POINTS
What you are focused on right now, what level of control you feel right now in your life, what habits you have that are already supporting you or pulling you away from your High Performance.
Session #2: CLARITY
Our goal is to understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life right now, who you are showing up as everyday, what you are working towards, the direction you want to go in life. We look at principles and practices that can support you in progressing and performing at your best each day.
Session #3: ENERGY
We will gain an understanding on how much energy you have each day and how to amplify it to higher levels and sustain it so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals, feel happy and motivated.
Session # 4: COURAGE
We’ll discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life and where you might be holding back or backing down in some situations.
Session #5: PRODUCTIVITY
We’ll see how productive and effective you feel in life and work and I’ll give you a set of tools and concepts to help you quickly and easily improve in those areas.
Session #6: INFLUENCE
Our goal this session is to gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career and give you a few tools and concepts that will raise your level of action and influence.
Session #7: PSYCHOLOGY MASTERY
At this half-way point in the program, we start going deeper into the six pillars of High Performance: your psychology, physiology, persuasive skills, presence, and purpose. Our goal this session is to understand the success mindset within you.
Session #8: PHYSIOLOGY MASTERY
We’ll check in on your energy, diet, health work from Session 3 and build on it with more tools with regard to your physical presence in a way that will make you feel stronger and more vibrant.
Session #9 PRODUCTIVITY MASTERY
We’ll review how productive you’ve been over the past few weeks and look at actions you can take to become even more effective toward your goals.
Session #10: PERSUASION MASTERY
We’ll gauge how persuasive and influential you’re felt in your relationships and your career. I’ll give you tools to raise your level of effectiveness so that people hear you, pay attention and support your mission and dreams.
Session #11: PURPOSE MASTERY
We’ll look at how your purpose has changed or evolved since we began working together, how effectively you have been reaching your goals, and living with a clear path and leading purposefully and effectively.
Session #12: COMMITMENT TO HIGH PERFORMANCE
In this session we’ll check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward. This process is a commitment every day of your life that results in heightened and sustained levels of performance, and greater joy in living a life you love!
